Brood 2
Jumpstart · March of the Machine · April 20, 2023
March of the Machine depicts the Phyrexian invasion across the multiverse, introducing the Battle creature type and Phyrexian-focused mechanics that reward players for building around artifact creatures and infecting their opponents' worlds. Deckbuilders will find mechanical depth through the Backup keyword enabling temporary power boosts, Convoke reducing casting costs through creature devotion, and Incubate tokens that transform into threats, while the set's ten draft archetypes encourage focused strategies from Knights and +1/+1 counters to sacrifice synergies and graveyard recursion.
