Storm is a triggered ability that functions on the stack. “Storm” means “When you cast this spell, copy it for each other spell that was cast before it this turn. If the spell has any targets, you may choose new targets for any of the copies.”

If a spell has multiple instances of storm, each triggers separately.
Convoke
Convoke is a static ability that functions while the spell with convoke is on the stack. “Convoke” means “For each colored mana in this spell’s total cost, you may tap an untapped creature of that color you control rather than pay that mana. For each generic mana in this spell’s total cost, you may tap an untapped creature you control rather than pay that mana.”
The convoke ability isn’t an additional or alternative cost and applies only after the total cost of the spell with convoke is determined.
Multiple instances of convoke on the same spell are redundant.
Rulings
The spell copy has all the text and can result in itself being copied.
The decision to tap or untap is made on resolution of the spell (and of each copy).
Paying to make Chain Stasis continue is done as part of the resolution of the spell.
The player putting the copy spell on the stack controls that spell.
The copy is a spell, so it can be targeted by other spells and abilities that target a spell.
