common
Creatures you control get +2/+1 until end of turn. Spell mastery — If there are two or more instant and/or sorcery cards in your graveyard, those creatures also gain vigilance until end of turn. (Attacking doesn't cause them to tap.)
Semantic Tags
A keyword ability that reduces how much mana you need to spend to cast a spell. See rule 702.41, “Affinity.”
A permanent that gives a static power/toughness boost to your creatures.
Suited for blocking and defense. Includes defender, reach, vigilance, and cards that incentivize blocking.
Cares about cards in the graveyard, puts cards into the graveyard, or benefits from things dying.
A keyword ability that causes a creature to get +1/+1 whenever its controller casts a noncreature spell. See rule 702.108, “Prowess.”

If a spell has multiple instances of affinity, each of them applies.
Affinity
Affinity is a static ability that functions while the spell with affinity is on the stack. “Affinity for [text]” means “This spell costs {1} less to cast for each [text] you control.”
Prowess
Prowess is a triggered ability. “Prowess” means “Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, this creature gets +1/+1 until end of turn.”
If a creature has multiple instances of prowess, each triggers separately.
Rulings
Check to see if there are two or more instant and/or sorcery cards in your graveyard as the spell resolves to determine whether the spell mastery ability applies. The spell itself won’t count because it’s still on the stack as you make this check.
